Ariana Bartlett (EarthStarInk)

By booking an appointment with me, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These exist to protect both client and artist and ensure a smooth, respectful, and safe tattoo process.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to get tattooed. A valid photo ID will be required.
No exceptions. I do not tattoo minors, even with parental consent.

2. Health Disclosure

You agree to disclose any relevant health conditions (e.g. pregnancy, bloodborne illnesses, skin conditions, allergies, etc.) before your appointment.
I reserve the right to reschedule or refuse service if tattooing you could pose a health risk.

3. Booking & Deposits

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.
Deposits are applied to the final cost of the tattoo.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You must give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule without losing your deposit.
One reschedule per deposit is allowed unless otherwise agreed.
If you cancel altogether, your deposit is non-refundable.

5. Design Policy

Custom designs are created specifically for you based on our consultation.
Design previews are shared at the artist’s discretion, typically the day of or before the appointment.
Designs are not released digitally before the session unless discussed.
All artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist.
Do not share, copy, or use my designs elsewhere without permission.

6. Pricing

Tattoo pricing is based on size, placement, detail, and time.
I will provide a price estimate or hourly rate during consultation.
Payment is due in full on the day of the appointment, unless otherwise discussed.

7. Touch-Ups

One free touch-up may be offered within 1 year of your session.
Touch-ups do not include reworking due to improper aftercare or damage caused by the client.
You are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided.

8. Refusal of Service

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason, including but not limited to:

Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior
Signs of intoxication
Medical concerns
Violations of these Terms

9. Photo & Portfolio Use

I may photograph your tattoo for my portfolio or social media.
I will ask for your permission before posting any images that reveal your identity.
You may opt out of public sharing by letting me know before or during your session.

10. Agreement

By booking and attending a session with me, you acknowledge that:

You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
You accept all policies regarding deposits, cancellations, artwork, and conduct
