Because when we neglect certain aspects of our being, energy becomes stagnant in the body, holding us back from deeper connection and overall alignment with our soul’s desires. These sessions are purposed in a somatic process of alchemizing stagnancy into life force, through feeling and letting go. With the help of grounding healing tools and intuitive guidance, you will be invited to allow yourself the space to relax into what comes up. A loving and safe container is created so that you are able to open up and also patiently integrate what is experienced. When all comes to surface to be fully sensed and seen, the energy in your being will shift. Thus creating space for a more authentic expression and sacred invocation of what you truly desire. Opening up the emotional/energetic centers wholeheartedly allows for the entry of more light and higher vibrational awareness to penetrate your aura and consciousness.
